Pros
Some good people. That's it.
Cons
There are far too many to get into explicit detail, so here's a quick rundown: --Terrible communication, both from Indiana and from within the Leesport location. We will often be at the whims of the techs in Indiana, who can and have kept us 30+ minutes past when we were supposed to be done, which is already nebulous. Higher-ups won't talk to us and expect us to learn from each other via word of mouth. --You never know at what time you're going home on your closing days. We have been kept over two hours beyond when we were supposed to close before. --Hostile workplace environment directly stoked by the lack of professionalism and respect for anonymity of the manager. --Packing technicians are the only people explicitly not allowed to sit down, meaning we are on our feet for 8+ hours. I cannot remember a time where I haven't been in intense physical pain by the end of a shift. --Very trial-and-error in terms of learning how to pack certain things. Requires much more training than actually given. --Obvious favoritism on part of the supervisors. Friends get special treatment that isn't provided to the rest of us. --Strange hours that leave very little time for rest. Holidays are scarce. Good luck finding a time to be on vacation. --Barely pays a living wage. You get a raise of a little over a dollar if you're there for a year. Don't work here. Please do yourself this favor.
