Fun activities - picnics, movies, holiday parties dress down days; free parking; friendly staff, most employees got annual review, raise.

Cons

No paid vacation or sick time until after a year; not a lot of ways to move up in position.

Accounting group works well together. Very much a team approach. Not much overtime in accounting, but if you want more hours you can work in other departments that need help.
