Pros

Working here has been one of the most rewarding challenges of my career. The company is growing fast, and with that comes real opportunity, especially for people who want to take ownership, think creatively, and be part of building something bigger than themselves. If you love helping people, creative and collaborative problem solving, and celebrating collective wins, VRAI is a great space for this. Leadership notices hard work, and there’s room to develop new skills while shining in your strengths. I’ve been able to contribute to sales wins, deliver unforgettable client experiences, and directly shape how business operates, which is a valuable, unique experience that not every company offers.

Cons

With the growth comes learning curves. You have to be comfortable in a fast paced environment where strategy can shift and systems are evolving. At times this has meant that I've put in effort for things that are outside my traditional job description, but oftentimes that’s the nature of building something new, innovative and successful. The bright side is that you’re surrounded by supportive colleagues who want to see each other succeed.

Pros

I enjoy being around people who are really interested in solving problems. Conversations on the floor are usually about making something work better instead of simply getting through the shift. The standards are high, but I like working for a company that cares about quality and is ready to invest in new technology. On top of that, it offers good pay and benefits.

Cons

Some new processes take quite a while to get used to.

Pros

* Good pay based off of experience. I got paid on the higher end of the spectrum. * The appointment based schedule is great. * Colleagues are nice and supportive.

Cons

* Lack of clear communication between employees -> managers -> regional managers -> higher ups. Essentially no one knows what happening until the last minute, Or there's an annoying work around you have to do in order to get clear, verified information. Things are also changing way too fast to give anyone proper notice which I find disrespectful. * The hours are horrible. We're open way too late. My life is essentially my job because I have no ability to do anything else after work. * Conversion rates and quotas are ridiculous. Jewelry is one of the lowest conversion categories, yet they want us to close 50% of our engagment ring appointments. Having a quota that stays the exact same every single month despite some months being much, much, much slower than others is also just stupid.
