Pros

Very smart people get hired, with desire to learn and grow. Ready to take on challenges. Unlimited PTO

Cons

I should have listen to the comments in Glassdoor before I took this job. This company is chaotic, toxic and emotionally and verbally abusive. With very little reward or anything to show at the end, your projects will get derailed as it is impossible to keep a working meeting on track, 99% end with a high level lead storming off the google meet/lots of yelling. It's childish. Unless there is a change in C level at Vrai and DF I am not seeing how this company can be successful, they've tried to hire good directors and VPs however leadership simply will not allow new ways of working to be implemented. They leave or are suddenly let go within 3-6 months.

Pros

I enjoy being around people who are really interested in solving problems. Conversations on the floor are usually about making something work better instead of simply getting through the shift. The standards are high, but I like working for a company that cares about quality and is ready to invest in new technology. On top of that, it offers good pay and benefits.

Cons

Some new processes take quite a while to get used to.

Pros

* Good pay based off of experience. I got paid on the higher end of the spectrum. * The appointment based schedule is great. * Colleagues are nice and supportive.

Cons

* Lack of clear communication between employees -> managers -> regional managers -> higher ups. Essentially no one knows what happening until the last minute, Or there's an annoying work around you have to do in order to get clear, verified information. Things are also changing way too fast to give anyone proper notice which I find disrespectful. * The hours are horrible. We're open way too late. My life is essentially my job because I have no ability to do anything else after work. * Conversion rates and quotas are ridiculous. Jewelry is one of the lowest conversion categories, yet they want us to close 50% of our engagment ring appointments. Having a quota that stays the exact same every single month despite some months being much, much, much slower than others is also just stupid.
