Pros

The boots on the ground are amazing folks! Benefits were good Daily lunch provided

Cons

The "at will" clause in your contract should be considered carefully. I can tell you rash decisions are often made regarding this. I was one. I have no recourse. Fired for something my manager asked me to do and reviewed before it was deployed. She still has a job, I don't. The CEO can often shoot from the hip on many levels. The upper management is a joke. Most of them have only worked start ups. They hire people with years of corporate experience to help them get going in the right direction. Then they take NONE of the advice or suggestions but continue running it like a start-up. I can't tell you how many times I would ask my direct boss (Sally) a question, I would be referred to our facilities president, I would ask him. He would say, ask "Sally". No one wanted to make decisions, but they also didn't want to let go. Training is nearly nonexistent. And the training programs that do exist aren't used company wide and are often overridden by an "executive" decision.

Pros

I enjoy being around people who are really interested in solving problems. Conversations on the floor are usually about making something work better instead of simply getting through the shift. The standards are high, but I like working for a company that cares about quality and is ready to invest in new technology. On top of that, it offers good pay and benefits.

Cons

Some new processes take quite a while to get used to.

Pros

* Good pay based off of experience. I got paid on the higher end of the spectrum. * The appointment based schedule is great. * Colleagues are nice and supportive.

Cons

* Lack of clear communication between employees -> managers -> regional managers -> higher ups. Essentially no one knows what happening until the last minute, Or there's an annoying work around you have to do in order to get clear, verified information. Things are also changing way too fast to give anyone proper notice which I find disrespectful. * The hours are horrible. We're open way too late. My life is essentially my job because I have no ability to do anything else after work. * Conversion rates and quotas are ridiculous. Jewelry is one of the lowest conversion categories, yet they want us to close 50% of our engagment ring appointments. Having a quota that stays the exact same every single month despite some months being much, much, much slower than others is also just stupid.
