Pros
It is tough to find a sales job with a well-organized company that has a great product, friendly and helpful management, and an upbeat, motivated sales team. I have finally found all of this at Dickson. I have been working at Dickson for less than a year now and I cannot believe how much I have already developed as a sales person. The great thing about working for a company like Dickson that is very well known in the industry, is that you never run out of things to do or feel bored. Dickson has many opportunities within its own customer base. This means I get to spend a lot of time having in depth conversations and perfecting my sales process instead of just trying to find the decision maker. The management does a great job of being available for you when needed, but also not making you feel micromanaged. It is obvious that they invest a lot of time and money into our continuing success because there is ongoing sales training and weekly one-on-one meetings with the manager.
Cons
I have not come across any cons so far.
