Casual environment, paycheck, benefits. "Perks" if you want to call it that.

Cons

Company was recently sold, hope the new owners do better. Management is unprofessional and unfair. Nepotism and favoritism is rampant. There's an unhealthy balance to how things are managed. Training is not good. Upper Management creeps around checking on people. Very weird. And if they don't like you, forget it.

Please, if you are still discouraged, I hope you will either approach me directly to discuss your concerns or find a way to communicate your concerns through a co-worker.
