Always at least one mean manager (the managers play "good cop/bad cop" and the mean one(s) make your life so miserable. They are the ones who represent the *real* Dierbergs policy and are employed to enact it. Hours are all over the place. They use you whenever someone leaves -- to cover hours, etc. And then they drop your hours as soon as they have new hires. They absolutely do not want anyone to be full-time, and so they go through this constant revolving door of hiring and losing workers and it is bad for morale and worse for customers who notice this.
