The hours were pretty consistent. They have a great college casual policy, so you can go away to school and still have a part time job when you come home. The schedule was flexible so you could always take time off if you needed it. The managers are friendly and willing to work with you if you are having any issues. They have a very lenient tardiness policy. You have a window of five minutes or so to be late, and you get something like 5 warnings before being terminated.
