Dierbergs strives for excellent customer service, encouraging engaging with customers and going those extra steps to ensure the customers have had all their needs met so they are more likely to return for their grocery needs. Management was always willing to accommodate employee needs as well, such as scheduling, workload, even hypoglycemia needs.
