Pros

The Pros of working here are awesome but are getting less and less every month ill make a list and try to keep it updated. -Fully stocked breakroom every two weeks. stocked by costco but only in their two main offices (Lehi and St George) -Nice and friendly work environment they interview to see if you will be a good fit for the office as anyone can do validation with some common sense. -Pays very well starting out. -relaxed schedules and openness to work with college kids. - decent place to make 15$hr all through out college but only 28hr unless FT

Cons

As i stated with the pros the cons are growing about every 3 weeks. -had to see several entire office with friends close down with no warning. they provided them with a severance package to keep them quiet. one paycheck for every year but now they wont pay bonuses to half their workers. -still have not gotten a raise unless you count going from part time to full time ( they told me it would be about 3mo 6 max but it was double. -All of validation is no longer eligible for Bounuses even though they sent out an email to all internal employees saying that we would get one in January then in January they pushed it back to march. then just this week they told all validation that they will not be getting one but that the newly acquired Symantec employees will be getting one as its in their contract but not ours.... -we still have not gotten 2018 raises and 2019 will be between 2.5-3% max for validation. -they really dont care about the people that are working the floor. only the guys on the 5th floor at digicert. -the turnaround time used to be years if we even had one people would stay at digicert but now our turn around time is 6mo right where it should be for a company like this. -heavy nepotism for friends. -No promotions or raises on a set schedule -no real skills to transfer to other jobs. we just google stuff. -no real long term training plan you get the basics when you start and then have to teach yourself.

Pros

DigiCert has an amazing culture with a ton of great people who are always willing to collaborate and band together to achieve a common goal. I feel I have the tools, support, autonomy, and resources to succeed in my role and make a positive business impact.

Cons

There is definitely areas of opportunity when it comes to building for scale and breaking down operational silos as DigiCert continues to grow as an organization.

Pros

I have loved my team and manager since day 1. I stay because DigiCert continues to provide me with professional development opportunities. I began as a file clerk and now manage a team doing complex operational efficiency work. They supported me through an MBA and each year I take at least one course and attend at least one industry event to help expand my skill and reach. The pay is average, BUT when you add in the value of the above-average benefits, the total remuneration package is great.

Cons

DigiCert is owned by Private Equity. If you have not worked for a PE portfolio company before, it means they focus solely on making money and stripping out what they deem as fluff (which I deem as retention levers, like company parties and swag).
