Thank you for the feedback. We love hearing about the things you value working with us and that is an awesome list! Our people are what make us great. Having them become their best while doing their best work and lifting each other up makes our culture. Thank you for playing your part.
We appreciate the constructive advice, and we agree that some of our internal systems are clunky. That’s why we have a concentrated OKR (Objective/Key Results) for improving operational efficiencies and our systems are an area of focus. This won’t all be done this year, but we are tackling this head on. Please continue to give your feedback to internal teams on challenges with tools/systems.
On compensation: We lead with a pay-for-performance approach in this area. We’ll work on an explainer training for all employees so they can understand the mechanics behind how compensation at DigiCert works.
