Salary: Currently paid WELL below market value for the position I am in & have brought this up MULTIPLE times to upper management with no movement, or even acknowledgement for over a year till I had to personally reach out to HR for a response. New employees hired on to double what veteran existing employees make. Spouse had to pick up a second full time job to compensate and make ends meet. New CEO & Leadership Direction: As opposed to continuing what worked in this past year, in which we made the most money we ever have, we had changes made that have been laughably questionable at best that have not given us the ability to maintain that level of success & then on top of that, our department have shouldered most of the blame for the lack of success. We were extremely Work-From-Home friendly, and have completely abandoned that with more and more required days and times in office, which has put a strain on my family specifically where my spouse as I said earlier had to pick up another full time job. Culture: As the title states, I have not seen such a steep, quick decline in morale and culture in a long time when new leadership has come in. It’s been made abundantly clear decision after decision that we are just “workers” and nothing more. If that isn’t the case, it certainly is how it feels and I am not alone in that.
