Pros
Fair Salaries and Compensation for hard work. Leadership strives to make all employees feel like family and willing to help out those who may be in a tough spot. Good benefits package especially for Veterans or those in the Reserves. Leadership has been honorable/true to their word. Growing company with lots of potential.
Cons
Their a subcontractor for most of the programs their under which means they sometime have to change policies just to meet changes that are being enforced through the prime. However, during the annual Christmas party they shared where the company stands and some of the new work they've bid on so this could change.
