Pros
A small pay check. If you want to play games all day, and/or are still dreaming of making it the game industry even though you don't have a real degree, then this is the job for you.
Cons
It doesn't pay much. There is no chance of moving up in the company. The position says it's a QA Analyst, but it could be done by anyone. In other words, it isn't really a technical position. You'll be playing games all day and if you want to think like a computer programmer, or an efficient tester, you will most likely confuse your team leader. Your team leader may just be a leader, not a team player. After all, he/she has been playing games for a job longer than you have, what could you possibly have to lend to the project?
