Pros

The team members went out of their way to make sure that everyone understood how to perform job duties. Management had an open door policy which was great! I felt comfortable knowing that if I had an issue there was someone available to speak with. The work atmosphere is hard to top, due to everyone’s helping nature and drive to be the best. Social events such as the chili cook off and employee breakfasts set Digital Dream Forge apart from other employers that I have work for. If I ever move back to Arizona, Digital Dream Forge will be my first contact.

Really long hours in the summer.

This is a great team who cares about their employees. They are flexible with time off requests and work hard to make sure we have what we need to succeed.

Cons

The pay is less than ideal. It takes 3 full years just to reach $15/hour

Nice work from home job. I was very hopeful and still had a spark in my eyes when I started.

Cons

They misspelled my name on my equipment return email and they wanna get on me for using past tense oof. They’re very nit-picky. Everything has to be in a particular formula. A lot of stuff is piled onto you on training week. They tell you to ask questions, but when you do, they delivered it in such a way that makes you feel small.
