Digital Dream Forge is a well managed company that focuses on providing a positive environment for its employees and excellent customer service for it's clients. As a former employee, I greatly appreciated the environment at DDF. They have a high standard of performance that begins with the management is clearly communicated to the staff. It is a place where hard work is recognized and acknowledged. DDF is also a fun place to work with people who are smart, profession and passionate about their industry.

Cons

Because it is a smaller company opportunities for advancement can be limited. But there are many options for employees to expand their job knowledge.

This is a great team who cares about their employees. They are flexible with time off requests and work hard to make sure we have what we need to succeed.

Cons

The pay is less than ideal. It takes 3 full years just to reach $15/hour

Nice work from home job. I was very hopeful and still had a spark in my eyes when I started.

Cons

They misspelled my name on my equipment return email and they wanna get on me for using past tense oof. They’re very nit-picky. Everything has to be in a particular formula. A lot of stuff is piled onto you on training week. They tell you to ask questions, but when you do, they delivered it in such a way that makes you feel small.
