Is so stressful! The support hunt group are rude when you call them for help. Customers are super disrespectful and team leaders don’t care to even help. They are strict about clocking in and out. Also, about how much time you’re off the phone. Supervisors are fake! They act like they are better than everyone and at the end of the day they don’t care about you. The calls are nonstop, there is so much information you have to learn. The pay sucks, with all the bs we have to do, we should get paid more! The training sucks, it’s only 1 week with with a trainer, than they throw you in the calls by yourself. I wouldn’t recommend this job to ANYONE!
