Pros
Flexible schedule when needed, great work environment, products are easy to care about, benefits are great, starts w/ 3 week vacation, after 1 year tuition reimbursement, employment policies exceed employment laws to benefit the employees, advancement opportunities are good for those who qualify, possible 10% salary bonus every year
Cons
Pay is below average, especially considering how large a credit union they are, education costs have gone up but reimbursement has not. I went form paying $10 out of pocket to $150 per class.
