Pros
Great benefits, 401k matching, vacation time, flexible work schedule go above and beyond for employees
Cons
Much like a High School unless you are with the in crowd (being management) you are not going to get anywhere. It would appear as the less you know the more likely you are to be promoted over someone who has been there 10 years +. At this time only promoting people 30 and under who have less than 1 year experience as a supervisor. If you have a complaint cannot bring to management as they refuse to punish/talk about subject for fear of upsetting their friend/people not liking them. Had one supervisor who talked about her love life incessantly and when brought to management nothing was done. The whole team was made to feel like her life coaches instead of sales representatives.
