Pros

There are no pros to speak of.

Cons

Immediately after flagging an issue for a client, I found myself being treated differently by leadership. I was overloaded with work over the next few days, and assigned a list of tasks at the end of the day on Friday. By Monday afternoon -- which was also the day before my birthday -- I was fired. All this happened despite me also reaching out to the President and HR the previous week to attempt to fix any issues. Clearly this was impossible because I had apparently committed some cardinal sin for which there could be no forgiveness. Overall, the leadership of this company is completely two-faced. They say they want to foster communication, but then fire people with little communication or even logical explanation. They're petty, incompetent, and apparently extremely insecure. They also psycho-analyze people with personality tests, and share the results publicly with the rest of the team. It's a really bizarre and unhealthy work environment. Don't waste your time working here. You'll only regret dealing with the worst bosses in the world.

Digital Strike Response

On behalf of Digital Strike I'm sorry you were terminated just before your birthday. The week before you were terminated, I did my best to ensure you received specific directions, which was then outlined to you in an email from your supervisor. You indicated you could and would complete the tasks. The few tasks that were asked of you were completely clear and reasonable and inline with skills you represented to have. Even though you only worked for the company 60 days we thought you could easily complete what was asked of you. Days before you were terminated you reached out to me stating this position was not a good fit for you. I was disappointed to hear that from you, but encouraged you to stick with it. I understand that agency life is not for everyone and I offered to assist you in networking in any way I could. We wish you nothing but the best.

Pros

Some medical benefits provided are fine

Cons

“Feedback is a gift,” so here is yours: There is a strong culture of self-preservation, and it’s not hard to understand why. In my experience with the company, people were let go with little to no warning and without clear communication and no prior indication that performance was an issue. There were no formal conversations, no improvement plans, just sudden decisions that left the rest of the team scrambling. This happened repeatedly, and the pattern created a constant sense of instability. It was especially difficult to watch these decisions happen at times that felt particularly awful, such as immediately after someone returned from PTO or right before Christmas. Regardless of intent, the impact on morale was significant. When people left, their work didn’t go with them. It was redistributed across already stretched teams, often without additional support or realistic adjustments to expectations. The result was burnout and a constant pressure to keep up. There is also a noticeable disconnect between how the company presents itself and how it operates in practice. Messaging around being a “family” doesn’t align with how employees are treated in more difficult moments. Over time, that gap becomes hard to ignore. Communication and feedback are inconsistent, making it difficult to understand expectations or how performance is being evaluated. Without that clarity, growth can feel uncertain and unsupported. Favoritism is noticeable and impacts trust across teams. It’s often clear who is given more leeway or protection, which can be frustrating for those held to different standards. Work-life boundaries are also not respected. Do not give your personal phone number to anyone.
