Cons
Management is under a lot of pressure to deliver by investors. It is clear and trickling down. Culture changes are slowly happening but we are well behind the ball in the tech industry in terms of benefits. Individual companies had good policies before mergers but it seems the greater organization is cutting corners. Transitioning wfh during a merger is not ideal. HR needs to do a better job being aware working from home is different than being in the office. They need to make adjustments as employees are taking on far more expenses. The long term benefits stock benefits ... truly is a joke for the people that understand the structure. Give us real stocks so we feel apart of growing this company together
