Pros
Probably the best company culture I have ever experienced. Chill people who care about what they do and are willing to collaborate. I rarely get paged or am asked to work crazy hours (although this isn't the same across all teams). Good experience for those interested in getting into DevOps; you will probably do everything from writing software to deploying, managing, and monitoring it.
Cons
Always too much work to do and never enough time to do it. Management prefers to buy stock back rather than reinvesting in the business. Salaries are not top tier. Not the most exciting in terms of innovation and technology. Leadership has been lacking in product and technical vision. A lot of what we do is just keeping our existing tech stack running.
