Pros
Digitas Health was a great experience. Even though the New York office has about 900 employees they somehow maintain the feeling of a small shop. Because of this and some other factors Digitas Health was one of the best corporate cultures I've ever been a part of. I have never again been surrounded by as many people that genuinely enjoyed their jobs as I was at Digitas Health.
Cons
Although there is a work life balance, and the company likes to support its employees with the unsaid slogan "work hard, play hard", there is a lot of expectation from Digitas employees. Many a late night was spent in the office working on client problems that could have been communicated through better deadlines.
