This company was sitting on a billion dollar idea for a hybrid Freight / Large Parcel pickup and delivery network.

Cons

CEO is stuck in 1980 and doesn’t know how to legally make a profit today. Bright and well-intentioned cast of support execs but they all fear the CEO too much to make any bold decisions. Also, exec pay was good but at the expense of hourly workers.

If you’re looking at older reviews of this company, it’s important to know that things have completely changed. Under the new leadership, the culture has been revitalized. It is now an amazing place to work where employees actually feel supported. The previous 'drama' is gone, and in its place is a professional, high-energy environment. I genuinely look forward to coming in every day.
