The core objective of the regular enablement and training we provide is to ensure our commercial teams feel totally empowered to be the face of Diligent and build great relationships with our valued clients and prospects – backed by a detailed knowledge of our solution set. Likewise, we have invested in one-on-one coaching and career sessions with leadership, as well as established clear career frameworks and pathways.
