-Leadership that cares about people -Best onboarding program I've been in -Best manager I've ever had -Coaching -Team atmosphere that focuses on helping eachother not just looking out for #1 -Ideal vision that can change the landscape of GRC and truly help companies attack it from top down and bottom up. -Great benefits and work life balance -Market leading product with and industry defining product post integration -How can I help vs what did you do wrong atmosphere. -Great marketing and educational resources. -Strong leadership and communication in a WFH atmosphere.

Pros

Decent pay, unlimited PTO and good benefits

Cons

Leadership will tell you want you want to hear to keep you focused on being a BDR instead of helping you get promoted. Majority of AE type roles are not posted internally and do a ton of external hiring instead of promotions.
