Pros

Great benefits including paid time-off, holidays and recharge weeks. Great work life balance. Culture is great for a large company.

Cons

Promotions happen semi annually and no clear career outline. On-boarding was confusing. So many acquisitions that each company has own systems and methods. Management focuses primarily on calling out sales and does not regularly recognize those who support them.

To your comment on career outlines, we’re currently completing the standardization of our career progression models and we're excited to roll this out soon. The twice-yearly promotion cycle allows for career pathing discussions to happen during performance reviews. Of course, we always want to recognize our team members in a timely fashion so out-of-cycle promotions can and do happen. And with so many talented team members across the organization, we continue to add new ways to recognize our colleagues through programs like our Values Awards, spot bonuses and training and mentorship opportunities like Change Agents. Pros

Decent pay, unlimited PTO and good benefits

Cons

Leadership will tell you want you want to hear to keep you focused on being a BDR instead of helping you get promoted. Majority of AE type roles are not posted internally and do a ton of external hiring instead of promotions.
