We also agree that, even as a large organization, we’ve got a great, collaborative culture, which is what makes Diligent so special.
To your comment on career outlines, we’re currently completing the standardization of our career progression models and we're excited to roll this out soon. The twice-yearly promotion cycle allows for career pathing discussions to happen during performance reviews. Of course, we always want to recognize our team members in a timely fashion so out-of-cycle promotions can and do happen. And with so many talented team members across the organization, we continue to add new ways to recognize our colleagues through programs like our Values Awards, spot bonuses and training and mentorship opportunities like Change Agents.
