Pros

Good pay Good people Company cares employees

Cons

The company moved too fast in the past years, leaders are still working on setting things up and desire more support to improve the process, therefore subordinates are too busy and feel stressed for the tight deadlines Bad WLB in the finance department, busy throughout the whole month, people work late and sometimes weekends, everything is priority to be done ASAP Unlimited PTO is hard as the whole team is busy Fast paced work culture doesn't align with the so called "Work Life Balance"

Thank you for sharing your review with us. It's great to hear that you appreciate the competitive pay we offer and feel valued and cared for as part of our team. We’re also glad you enjoy working with your teammates and agree that our colleagues at Diligent are friendly, talented and great to work with! With regards to a fast-paced work culture and tight deadlines, we are very focused on helping our teams strike the right work-life balance. We do recognize that some departments have higher workloads, and we’re actively working to improve this by improving workflows, implementing more training and enablement and bringing on more team members. As a fast-growing company with big ambitions, we do have an expectation of high performance, but workloads shouldn’t be overwhelming. If you find them in any way unmanageable, I highly encourage you to discuss this with your manager or any member of the ELT. Once again, I want to thank you for sharing your thoughts and for your service to Diligent. - Avigail Dadone, Chief People Officer

Pros

Decent pay, unlimited PTO and good benefits

Cons

Leadership will tell you want you want to hear to keep you focused on being a BDR instead of helping you get promoted. Majority of AE type roles are not posted internally and do a ton of external hiring instead of promotions.
