Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts on your time at Diligent; we appreciate all feedback, both positive and challenging, as it helps us identify areas for improvement. We work to prioritize clear communication and collaboration across our global teams. We utilize the V2MOM framework to ensure everyone is aligned on goals and objectives. This creates transparency and reduces confusion around ownership. Our monthly town halls provide a platform for leadership to share company updates and answer employee questions in real-time, fostering a sense of connection across locations. We leverage dedicated Slack channels to facilitate communication and knowledge sharing between teams, regardless of physical location, and our annual global kick-off meeting brings all teams together either in person or virtually to solidify our company mission and create a unified vision for the year ahead. We regularly review our sales lead distribution process to ensure a fair and productive allocation based on performance and experience. While we strive for ambitious goals, we're committed to making them achievable and aligned with team capacity. We're always looking for ways to improve, and if you feel comfortable doing so, we would welcome your confidential feedback via hrconfidential@diligent.com. We wish you the best in your future endeavors. - Avigail Dadone, Chief People Officer

Pros

Some of the people are passionate, kind, hard workers

Cons

Very toxic leadership, especially in HR. they label themselves as a “high performing culture” which to them means working 70 hour weeks with no true productivity. Constantly pointing the finger and blaming instead of asking questions and understanding the why. HR leadership doesn’t care about people in any capacity and simply does not have the emotional intelligence to run a team of this size at a global org. Nobody is rewarded for hard work until it’s too late and they want to retain you. Constantly penny pinching and cutting down titles and comp. You get what you pay for. The answer to everything seems to be replacing people with AI but the AI doesn’t exist.
