      People - lots of companies have great people so not overly unique - but still important Opportunity - no lack of opportunity for anyone that leans in or raises their hand Market position / customer base - product is highly competitive as a standalone and untouchable as a suite. And customers really depend on the product

      Company runs lean so often more things to do than resources Typical saas company pains

      Decent pay, unlimited PTO and good benefits

      Cons

      Leadership will tell you want you want to hear to keep you focused on being a BDR instead of helping you get promoted. Majority of AE type roles are not posted internally and do a ton of external hiring instead of promotions.
