Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, especially the positive aspects you mentioned about competitive pay, challenging tasks, and great colleagues. We value creating a collaborative and challenging work environment, and strive to keep reorganizations to a minimum, as we recognize that these can feel disruptive. We regular review our internal processes to ensure stability for our teams while still allowing us to adapt to a changing market. Maintaining our employees’ trust is a top priority, and clear communication is a key driver of that rust. Our V2MOMs (Vision, Values, Methods, Obstacles, Measures) help to keep us focused by creating a shared vision, promoting clear communication, prioritizing initiatives, and fostering transparency. We'd love to learn more about your specific experiences. If you're open to it, we'd welcome the opportunity to discuss your feedback in more detail. You can reach out to our HR department confidentially at hrconfidential@diligent.com Thank you again for your comments. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors. - Avigail Dadone, Chief People Officer

Pros

Some of the people are passionate, kind, hard workers

Cons

Very toxic leadership, especially in HR. they label themselves as a “high performing culture” which to them means working 70 hour weeks with no true productivity. Constantly pointing the finger and blaming instead of asking questions and understanding the why. HR leadership doesn’t care about people in any capacity and simply does not have the emotional intelligence to run a team of this size at a global org. Nobody is rewarded for hard work until it’s too late and they want to retain you. Constantly penny pinching and cutting down titles and comp. You get what you pay for. The answer to everything seems to be replacing people with AI but the AI doesn’t exist.
