      - Great office location and space! - Great team with occasional fun events out - Good work load and targets - Great benefits like our healthcare plan and annual recharge week!! - Hybrid Work From Home (WFH) structure - Good ping pong table - Interstate travel for marketing events!

      Cons

      - A few employees are remote / interstate making it harder to collaborate - Some pressure can build up at end of quarter, however that's tech SaaS expectations

      Decent pay, unlimited PTO and good benefits

      Cons

      Leadership will tell you want you want to hear to keep you focused on being a BDR instead of helping you get promoted. Majority of AE type roles are not posted internally and do a ton of external hiring instead of promotions.
