I used to be part of the Galvanize acquisition and been with Galvanize / Diligent for almost 10 years. I saw how the culture has negatively changed from Galvanize to Diligent with a general sentiment of bullying and micromanagement from the people managers and seems to be tolerated by the ELT .
- History of putting inexperienced people managers in critical leadership role such as having a Global SE Leader with no experience in Solutions Engineering at all - which resulted into lack of strategy, poor relationship and confusing metrics .
- the Performance Imp Program is being used to bully, micromanaged and as scapegoat for poor management and lack of support instead of using this to help the employees to improve their performances.
- HR seems nonexistent to help employees. Specifically in APJ region, HR does not create employee engagement activties and HR Leaders don’t even attend the activities if there is any . HR Is more of an admin team supporting the business rather than creating a positive environment and taking care of the welfare of the employees
