      Great engineers Good work-life balance Good benefits

      Cons

      Pay falling behind rapidly Impossible to progress your career if you are on the wrong team/project Every "non-official benefit" had been taken away (eg.: full remote work, recharge weeks, ice tea in the office)

      Decent pay, unlimited PTO and good benefits

      Cons

      Leadership will tell you want you want to hear to keep you focused on being a BDR instead of helping you get promoted. Majority of AE type roles are not posted internally and do a ton of external hiring instead of promotions.
