Pros

wage is decent...people i work with on my level are great to work with

Cons

we are expected to do the work of 3 or 4 people for the pay of 1 and still make your goals.... no decent health insurance options that are affordable. no work/ life balance, if they didn't have to pay overtime they would just make you live there. no option as to if you want to work overtime, you just do it. instead of posting a position opening they just pick someone and give them the job even tho others are more qualified and have been there longer. they treat you like you are children that need a babysitter every minute of the day. ( and some do yes) No acknowlegment of your accomplishments, but they sure notice if you did something that is below thier standard.

Pros

I gained good customer service and problem solving experience while working here. You learn how to multitask under pressure. I also gained experience gift wrapping(I found out I enjoy this part of the job a lot), shipping orders, and overall in store functions. I met many supportive and enjoyable coworkers while working here as well as memorable customers.

Cons

The main Cons of working here were: -Chronic understaffing -Too many responsibilities expected from one associate -Feeling unsupported by main management - Hard work and extra effort often goes unrecognized - High stress due to unrealistic workload expectations - Limited opportunities for actual feedback to management to actually improve
