Very positive and involved office culture, everyone is extremely willing to help you learn and grow.

The intern final project was restrictive in what we could work on and I feel that hurt my development.

Generous PTO, games, events, food, contests

It really depends on the department you work for, but overall very cliquey. Very strong on favoritism and if an employee is a manager’s favorite, they get promoted quickly and require more to gossip than doing actual work. HR does NOT have your back. You are not supported and continue to simply just bothered if anyone reaches out ti them, or ignore your emails. Computer/software are so dated and slow. Systems crash constantly. Executives will throw you under the bus to your manager and give false accusations.
