Over worked despite shifts being incredibly short Exhausting Impossible expectations from management Inability to schedule appropriately Inability to stock the restaurant with the tools to meet their expectations Cuts on support staff to save money with no regard to how much pressure that puts on remaining employees Minimal support from management Impossible to provide excellent service while also keeping up with side work, table bussing, supporting other areas of the restaurant and whatever else they demand you do Absolutely insane workload compared to any other restaurant job
