Great team environment where you can thrive and make more money while gaining skills.

Cons

Very niche. Culinary does translate as you do not have any control over recipes. Ownership is very stern and almost scary to work with. Micro management is rampant from upper leaders.

Pros

good tip out percentage, you will get about 90% of the tips received, schedules are flexible as you can drop them and once its picked up by another employee and approved, you are relieved from that shift, and vice versa you can pick up shifts.

Cons

employee benefits for food is minimal, only 50% off on selected items
