Everyone will eventually get fired so don’t expect to stay for a long time. One employee was fired before his vacation. There were great workers who cared, and worked hard. I look up and they were gone. At least 3 people every other week would be fired, you can always expect that there would be some let go you would just pray that it wasn’t you. Two employees from my last job loved the hard work I put in and reffered me to come work there. Of course we’re all fired from there. I was fired for being 1 minute over my 5th hour before taking my 30 minute break, I was fired two weeks later. They text me don’t clock in, we need to have your “performance meeting” so many people have been fired like this I knew instantly I was fired. But I wondered what bs they had because I was just complimented by Maritza that I’m always working hard with a smile on my face. So why would you fire me? So I go in, they said two weeks ago you didn’t take your break 1 minute after your 5th hour, and we have to part ways. So I’m like this is what I left my last job for. I was so angry, because I know how hard it is to find a job in Los Angeles, so for me to leave my job and get fired because they can’t manage employees payroll. It was obvious that they fire based on the flow of money, because the new hires were paid less. But even still eventually they were fired as well. Happy to have a job now, just don’t waste your time with a job like this one that doesn’t care about there employees.
