-Good Food -No Dress Code -Early Hours -Consistent Business

Cons

-Management carousel, new managers every month -Lack of accountability -Poor job identifying and valuing good employees -Corporate in the bad ways, not-corporate in the bad ways -Worked FOH but one of the hardest BOH I've seen outside of fine-dining
