Pros

Great training, leadership and development, a company you can really grow with. Over the top passion from top to bottom, owners and operators to servers and cooks. Very competitive pay scale across the board.

Cons

Have not expanded into the South yet...Only expanding in major markets. Can sometimes overlook core values that started the Company as they grow.
