Pros
Stable company, have bonus, have a good accomodations, dorm is inside the company and it is easy to come at work even on winter days.
Cons
Less compensation, 4 years nightshift, no night differential, food is always spoil even if we pay for it, and cannot eat on dormitory must need to go to canteen area and no short and pajama policy on our canteen area.
