Training and management is a mess Very high turn over rate no secret can be kept. Everyone would know Experience tech are bossy Continential shift with one of them being 5 12 hrs shift (5 days 7am-7pm, 2 days off, 2 days 7am-7pm, 5 days off, 4 days 7pm-7am, 3 days off, 3 days 7pm-7am, 4 days off)
