Training: If you would like to advance your career, we do cover most IT certifications, so long as they are of benefit in your current or prospective position. In order to take advantage of this option, please check with your manager regarding the certification you would like to pursue, then have it approved by your Program Manager. Educational benefits for classes are available, per the employee handbook. Please log in to the ADP portal, and look under “resources” for information on corporate policy, and instructions on how to take advantage of these benefits. Raises: Individual job performance is evaluated at your annual review. Raises are assessed at this time based on merit. Taking advantage of the educational opportunities available to you could increase your value as an employee and put you in a better position to earn a raise. Advancing: If you would like to change positions, feel free to check the job listings on our website and ask your manager to refer you for any position you feel that you meet the qualifications to fill. Very forward leaning on technology. Team members are very supportive. Leadership is informative. Very happy with getting the CMMI and CMMC audits done because it looks great for the company. Recent positive PTO rollover change,

Recent in office requirement change. Single threaded in some parts of the organization.

Great medical, Critical Illness, Accident, Hospital Insurance. Online learning available.

Cons

No guidance, coaching, mentoring, or employee development by the manager. They don't explain the timekeeping requirements very well as far as working more than 8 hours per day. No one will give their expectations. Not enough details given for termination reason.
