Very forward leaning on technology. Team members are very supportive. Leadership is informative. Very happy with getting the CMMI and CMMC audits done because it looks great for the company. Recent positive PTO rollover change,

Cons

Recent in office requirement change. Single threaded in some parts of the organization.

Great medical, Critical Illness, Accident, Hospital Insurance. Online learning available.

Cons

No guidance, coaching, mentoring, or employee development by the manager. They don't explain the timekeeping requirements very well as far as working more than 8 hours per day. No one will give their expectations. Not enough details given for termination reason.
