The pay is not great showing how they undervalue experience. Some supervisors do not have the skills, knowledge, or experience to do the basic job or fulfill their role.

In addition to our annual performance increase and review period, we encourage employees to discuss their career path and pay with their manager/program manager. They don't explain the timekeeping requirements very well as far as working more than 8 hours per day.
