      DVS has been a great place to engage with interesting opportunities and to continue on one's professional development. After working in telecom for quite a few years, moving to DVS has given me faith that an organization can work collaboratively while delivering good service to the customer.       Incumbents do shift on government contracts which can result in a contract ending. DVS works hard to win re-competes.

      Very forward leaning on technology. Team members are very supportive. Leadership is informative. Very happy with getting the CMMI and CMMC audits done because it looks great for the company. Recent positive PTO rollover change,

      Great medical, Critical Illness, Accident, Hospital Insurance. Online learning available.

      No guidance, coaching, mentoring, or employee development by the manager. They don't explain the timekeeping requirements very well as far as working more than 8 hours per day. No one will give their expectations. Not enough details given for termination reason.
