Pros
The only pro to working for this company is that I suppose it is better than being unemployed, but barely.
Cons
- below industry standard pay - horrible medical benefits with absurdly high copays - company/leadership is more worried about winning more contracts than supporting their employees and making sure there is enough trained staff to support current work - horrible management at the Technical Director role - do not care about or listen to their staff when they express frustrations or concerns or ask for help interacting with hostile government customers - If you do well you will be saddled with more and more work with no additional compensation - hostile work culture
