Pros
The executive team cares. Even though the company is going through hypergrowth, it still feels like the executive team cares about the employee's experience and how that directly relates back to the overall employee experience. The company isn't perfect, but I feel proud to work here and really love what the company stands for. The future is bright for Discord. It will still need to evolve and stay ahead of the ongoing challenges but I believe it's moving in a super positive direction!
Cons
The work balance has been tricky the last couple of quarters due to the ongoing high growth. We weren't prepared for this and it resulted in a lot of burnout. We're still not fully caught up with this, so the burnout piece is something the leadership needs to keep working on.
